Sysmex gives back to society
Society plays a very important role for Sysmex - not only because Sysmex develops medical technical devices to support and improve patient’s health, but also regarding society in general as well as to its own employees. Referring to and respecting human rights, also part of the SDGs, is out of the question for Sysmex. Moreover, Sysmex considers diversity and inclusion in its corporate culture and its operating business, so that everyone feels appreciated, valued, and can develop their potential in a non-discriminatory environment. Well-being of employees is very important to Sysmex and is therefore focused. But not only within the company, Sysmex takes care. With many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities each year, it gives back to society and to those in needs.
Our business activities are based on our corporate philosophy, the Sysmex Way and our shared values. However, in order to achieve "anshin" in all our stakeholders, respect for human rights is an important and integral part of this foundation for Sysmex. That is why the Sysmex Groupe has formulated this Human Rights Policy.
