Sysmex Europe has launched its second model of the recent XQ-Series. The launch of the first model, the XQ-320, in February this year marked the beginning of Sysmex putting a new generation of three-part differential analysers on the market.
The XQ-520 haematology analyser is the latest addition to the XQ-Series. It is a fully automated three-part differential analyser bringing excellence in quality to laboratories with a medium workload and in need of a cost-efficient solution. The XQ-520 is equipped with a sampler comprising two compartments for continuous loading, automated sample mixing for reduced hands-on time, and closed tube measurement capabilities to reduce the laboratory staff's exposure to the potential health risk of blood samples, thereby supporting compliance with safety standards. The integrated rule set supports result interpretation and sample workflow with recommendations for further sample processing.
As a member of the XQ-Series, XQ-520 is a robust device with low demands for sample volume, bench space and maintenance. It is very easy to operate, including fast user logon via barcode and quick start-up, and presents the results at a glance in less than a minute, which supports healthcare professionals in keeping their focus on the patient.
More information on the XQ-520 can be found on the webpage for Sysmex 3-part-differential haematology analysers.
With the XQ-520 analyser, Sysmex continues to provide quality solutions for all our haematology customers, from the smallest to the biggest laboratory.
