Sysmex Europe GmbH has been named the top 3 German companies for top employers in IT in the MedTech sector. The top picks are surveyed and presented by CHIP and GreatJobs.
CHIP and GreatJobs collaborate to share where people in the IT industry can find the best offers on the job market. They present the best employers for IT professionals from 20 relevant industries ranging from automotive to insurance, from telecommunications to consulting.
Digitisation has played a major role in almost all industries, and has been growing every year. For job-seeking employees from the IT sector, finding a suitable employer is not easy. It is difficult and time-consuming to look at a large number of companies. And many interesting insights are generally hard to come by as an outsider. The ‘TOP Employers for IT Jobs’ (in German language) study by CHIP and GreatJobs is intended to provide targeted support for both parties - employers and job seekers.
The survey with the aim of identifying the best employers in the IT sector was conducted from April 2020 to September 2020. 2,802 companies were considered and ultimately 670 employers (about 23%) were awarded.
The study is based on three criteria:
- Mystery checks: Applications and inquiries to shed light on HR processes.
- Expert analysis of websites: Career areas were examined
- Employee evaluations: The internal view of the company's employees
In order to be able to assess the attractiveness of an employer and to obtain an all-round view, various aspects were examined in more detail.
