At this year's ISLH conference in Nantes, France, Sysmex Europe SE firstly presented their new innovative Work Area Manager (WAM) software, CyFlow WA, for clinical flow cytometry laboratories in the EMEA region.
Addressing the increasing data complexity of laboratories, CyFlow WA is a unique product on the market that seamlessly integrates data from both flow cytometry labs and haematology routine labs on one screen. Apart from optimising the workflow for the lab staff within the flow cytometry lab, using its bidirectional communication interface to the laboratory information system (LIS), enhances insight for laboratory staff, supporting fast diagnoses and ultimately, improving patient care.
CyFlow WA streamlines your clinical flow cytometry workflow. It allows you to easily select panels (via LIS or directly in the software) and integrates both haematology and flow cytometry data onto a single screen. This combined view and bi-directional LIS communication reduce errors by minimising manual data entry. Additionally, CyFlow WA automatically adjusts sample preparation based on white blood cell count, improving test consistency and precision. Finally, the user-friendly interface makes navigating complex processes straightforward.
