Cutting-edge diagnostics at booth 200

We look forward to seeing you at our booth! As part of our attendance at ISLH, we will showcase a range of products from the areas of haematology, haemostasis, clinical flow cytometry and genetic testing. Our presentation of a comprehensive Sysmex solution for disease management will let you discover how the diverse applications of our various products all come together to support the different, multi-faceted steps of a patient’s healthcare journey, from clinical suspicion to clinical research for genetic prognosis stratification. By expanding our products and solutions, we emphasise our commitment in caring for every step in the entire pathway of care. Only through a holistic, process-driven approach can we ensure a better healthcare journey for all.

In addition, you're invited to discover our brand new Sysmex haemostasis portfolio that features familiar, well-known reagents, but with a new face.

The following products will be presented:

  • Haematology: XR-1500-DI (our compact haematology workstation) and the BT-50 automation solution for walk-away workflows (digitally)
  • Haemostasis: CN-3000/6000 (our latest flagship analyser) and new Sysmex-branded reagents, which are now directly available from Sysmex in the EU and US
  • Genetic testing: CytoCell® IVDR-certified FISH probes and SureSeq™ next-generation sequencing kits and software
  • Clinical flow cytometry: XF-1600 with Cyflow WA software

Visit us at booth 200 to learn more about the Sysmex product portfolio from our on-site experts!

Last, but not least: Remember to save the date for our luncheon symposium!

Workshops

2024/05/30 | 12:15 — 13:15 | Room 300
Innovative diagnostic solutions for cancer patient management during therapy

The workshop will cover a wide range of clinical challenges around cancer patient management that arise during therapy and will showcase how innovative diagnostic solutions can better support both the laboratory and the clinicians. In the first part, Dr. Karine Marchand (CHRU Nancy, France) will introduce CAR-T cell therapy and demonstrate how - with the aid of advance lymphocyte parameters that have been derived from a haematology analyser - the engraftment and expansion of these cells can be monitored and supplement the established flow cytometry procedures. In the second part, Prof. Corinne Frère (Sorbonne university, France) will follow up with the bleeding and thrombotic risk factors associated with CAR-T cell therapy and elaborate on the elevated risk for venous thromboembolism in cancer patients, in order to explain how this risk can be managed to prevent potentially life-threatening thrombotic complications.

Speaker 1: Dr. Karine Marchand (CHRU Nancy, France)
Title of presentation: Monitoring of circulating CAR-T cells using Sysmex XN-10 research parameters

Speaker 2: Prof. Corinne Frère (Sorbonne university, France)
Title of presentation: Venous thromboembolism and cancer

Moderation: Konstantinos Mintzas, PhD (Scientific marketing manager: Haematology, Sysmex Europe SE)
