Working Student (f/m/x) Project Management for cross-functional compliance project
Your responsibilities
- Supporting a multi-disciplinary IT compliance project to implement controls and changes.
- The tasks are the following:
- Coordinate project related tasks with the project management team
- Requesting, collecting and consolidating project-relevant information
- Preparation of project related meetings including documentation and follow-up
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations according to briefing
- Creation of project-related communication
Your profile
- You are properly matriculated at a university in Germany
- Organisational skills are essential
- You follow an pragmatic, problem-solving and deadline-oriented approach
- You have a strong commitment and self-motivation as well as an independent working style
- You bring a highly analytical and structured thinking
- Strong English written and verbal communications are essential
- You should be available for approx. 15 hours per week
