Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Workplace
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the workplace team, providing guidance and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the operation and enhancement of our workplace-oriented cloud services, ensuring their efficiency and scalability
- Implement and execute our strategic initiatives for workplace-related projects
- Ensure smooth processes and effective team collaboration, particularly during upcoming changes related to projects and organizational measures
- Ensure good alignment between IT and the EMEA region to support business initiatives and operational efficiency.
Your profile

University degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations.

Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft O365 services, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
Teams Telephony and Communication, Endpoint Management. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.
