Team Lead (f/m/x) EMEA Technical Product Management Urinalysis

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of highly motivated Technical Product Managers
  • Plan and manage the budget for the cost center tPM Urinanalysis
  • Take care of escalation and complaint management in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters and suppliers
  • Suppport and contribute the permanent optimisation  of the 2nd level technical support
  • Prepare and revise technical documentation
  • Active management of projects from Technical Service, if necessary also with responsibility for technical content

Your profile

  • Degree in medical technology or comparable education
  • Leadership skills and experience in leading projects or a small team
  • Several years of experience in and knowledge of laboratory diagnostics or education in the medical laboratory
  • Experience in technical support as well as in conceptualising and conducting training courses
  • Profound expertise in electrical and medical engineering as well as IT basics
  • Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with topics and to understand contexts holistically
  • Good argumentation skills
  • Good ditactical skills paired with a proficiency in documentation and visualisation
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~ 5 - 10 %)
