Supply Planning Specialist (f/m/x) limited for 24 months

Please note that the position is limited to 24 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop Supply Plans: Create and manage detailed supply plans based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, optimize replenishment strategies, and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Demand-Supply Balancing: Align supply plans with sales forecasts, production capacity, and supplier constraints to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, forecast future needs, and provide insightful reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and enhance communication across all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.

Your profile

  • A background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering, or successfully completed commercial education.
  • Hands-on experience in supply planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English (bonus if you speak other languages).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset - thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
