Social Media & Content Manager (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Consult and Execute: Develop and execute digital campaigns on social media and our websites for business units and sales organizations across EMEA.
- Product Ownership: Act as the product owner for social media, collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with copywriting and visual teams to ensure consistent and engaging content as well as user experience optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Campaign Management: Manage social media advertising campaign aspects and budgets in collaboration with marketing project management team
- Content Management: Support and maintain the website content rollout process from EMEA headquarters to local websites
Your profile
- Academic degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Min. 3 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with knowledge of the major Social Media platforms and Social Media Management & Scheduling Tools like Publer
- Experience with Content Management processes and systems (e.g. Typo3 CMS)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, confident presentation skills in English) to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and international colleagues
