Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/x) – Service & Sales Areas

Your responsibilities

  • Professional Advisory and Project Management:
    Lead IT projects across both Service (focusing on Microsoft Dynamics Field Service) and Sales (focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM) areas.
    Provide expert advice to the business teams on the optimal use of system functionalities, using strong presentation skills to clearly communicate project goals, results, and insights.
     
  • Process Optimization and Analysis:
    Identify and implement process improvements in the Service area while adhering to software standards to maximize system efficiency.
    Collaborate closely with the Sales department to lead the analysis and optimization of sales processes, aiming to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.
    Guide and mentor the team in adapting new processes and implementing these strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
     
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across both areas, promoting a collaborative work environment.
    Use your excellent communication skills to motivate the team and manage cross-functional interactions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
     
  • Several years of experience in leading IT projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and providing professional guidance to teams through complex project landscapes.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and IT systems, with a strong grasp on optimizing processes and integrating technology solutions into business workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial
