Requirements Engineer (f/m/x) Healthcare IT Solutions

Your responsibilities

As Requirements Engineer (f/m/x) in our Digital Lab Solutions Division you will elecitate and specify the 
design of innovative and high-quality software products to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit and document detailed software
    requirements
  • Analyze requirements to ensure alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Create clear and concise requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, and functional 
    and non-functional requirements
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented 
    correctly
  • Conduct requirement verification and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and design
  • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met
  • Manage and track requirement changes throughout the product lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile

  • Academic degree in software engineering, bio-/medical technology or related field with strong IT affinity
  • Proven experience in requirement engineering and methodologies (e.g. IREB certificate)
  • Experience in healthcare IT (in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, 
    clinical decision support) 
  • Strong understanding of agile/ lean methodologies, and healthcare industry standards / regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluent)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning as role evolves 
    with technological advancements and market changes
