Marketing Specialist (f/m/x) Haemostasis

Your responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing Manager in implementing strategic marketing initiatives and operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in product launches, including Market Implementation Plan preparation and pricing strategy
  • Supporting the preparation of annual and launch-specific marketing plans
  • Developing sales and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing, product management, and MarCom teams
  • Creating and executing key elements of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
  • Developing marketing tools, competition analysis, and comparison resources for training purposes
  • Gathering feedback from regional teams on market needs and structuring insights for decision-making
  • Coordinating and updating market surveys
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and scientific literature to support strategic decisions

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the medical field (laboratory diagnostics preferred)
  • Proven track record in successfully executing marketing strategies and operational marketing tasks
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience in delivering training sessions is a plus
  • Analytical, structured, and results-driven approach
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English communication and presentation abilities
  • Traveling across EMEA: up to 30%
