IT Workplace Engineer (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

In our Workplace team we provide and operate Microsoft’s O365 services for the EMEA region and managing our user accounts and user devices.
  • Operation and further development of our O365 services, Communication and Collaboration systems, and Endpoint Management
  • Contribute to AD and Entra-ID management, as wells as our measures to ensure and improve information security
  • Support in day-to-day IT operations, especially for Exchange Online
  • Design and implementation of standardized digital workplace solutions which include communication services, and standardization to enable the level of collaboration across the business
  • Lead IT Workplace projects to ensure our colleagues are able to effectively work from everywhere and share knowledge in a secured way
  • Identify and analyse business requirements. Plan, implement, and integrate new technologies and solutions, and provide recommendations and consultation on overall solution selection, design, and provisioning.
  • You are driving smart work and secure collaboration which fosters satisfaction and productivity of our colleagues in the whole EMEA region
  • Continuously optimize end-user-experience

Your profile

You have come to the right team if you are willing to improve our IT systems. If you bring broad technical IT knowledge as well as experiences in O365, user-friendly support processes and ITSM you would be a perfect match for us.  More than your experience we are interested in your passion in driving things forward and help us to grow as a team
  • University degree or comparable
  • Min. 5 years of experiences in IT operations and IT project management
  • Service oriented mentality
  • Experiences in at least one of the mentioned areas, O365, Intune, Exchange Online, cloud-based Telephony solutions, Resource Booking solutions, IT Operations Management including respective state-of-the-art tools, and ITIL knowledge
  • Good listening as well as fluent written and verbal English communication skills
