EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) clinical Flow Cytometry

Your responsibilities

  • Support EMEA markets with their go-to market strategy and commercial activitites
  • Support execution of Sysmex strategy and business development through information processing, business intelligence and advisory
  • Business/ project management (e.g. price and profitability analysis, monitoring of competitive landscape, etc.) in line with strategic objectives
  • Drive a culture of continous improvement together with commercial organisations in EMEA, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of commercial teams in EMEA, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital and operations to align roll-out of commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, strategic partners and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives

Your profile

  • Degree in Business/Marketing related subject
  • Sufficient understanding of clinical flow cytometry/ IVD business preferably
  • Multiple years experience in commercial role, marketing/ sales manager or similar
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, especially CRM and reporting tools
  • Effective communication and fluent in English
  • Think strategically whilst still focusing on the task-related requirements
  • Analyse and interpret data and then make sound directions
  • Strong business orientation and the ability to capture the big picture
