Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for all order management activities, particularly related to instruments and equipment, through close communication with relevant departments and customers.
  • Ensure timely entry and processing of orders according to shipment schedules.
  • Issue proforma invoices for additional orders or customer requirements.
  • Handle return order management for instruments in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and Logistics Operations teams.
  • Analyze customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.
  • Report and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service.
  • Manage customer master data.
  • Actively participate in improving supply chain processes.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with ERP modules is mandatory; experience with SAP SD is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft-based systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service and Order Management systems.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Male candidates should have completed their military service.
