The study found that the cloning of Sysmex XF-1600 instrument settings, combined with a common panel and common analysis template, resulted in comparable results across three different sites when using stabilised PNH material tested in combination with the Exbio DryFlowEx PNH High-Sensitivity Assay Kit.
