Assessment of Automated Gating Software on a New Volumetric Method for Lymphocyte Subsets.

The study evaluated the automated gating software of the Sysmex TBNK test system and concluded that the analysis software correctly identified CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte populations and gated appropriately in all of the samples tested.
